These terms apply to use of BELLEROPHON Maritime NX, provided by ARGONAUT SYSTEMS LTD. By accessing the application, you agree to use it only for authorised business purposes and in line with your organisation's instructions and any contract in place with ARGONAUT SYSTEMS LTD.

Authorised Use
- You must only access the application using credentials issued to you or your organisation.
- You must keep credentials secure and tell an administrator if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You must not attempt to bypass permissions, security controls, audit trails or usage restrictions.
- You must not introduce malicious code, overload the service or interfere with other users.
Data And Operational Records
Users are responsible for entering accurate, lawful and appropriate operational data. BELLEROPHON Maritime NX records audit information for security, traceability and operational control. Do not enter information unless you are authorised to process it.
Confidentiality
The application may contain confidential commercial, operational, customer, vessel, cargo and logistics information. You must not disclose or export information except where authorised by your organisation.
Availability And Support
We aim to provide a reliable service, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, faults or events outside our control. Support queries should be sent to support@argonautsystems.com.
Intellectual Property
BELLEROPHON Maritime NX, its software, design, documentation, trade names and related materials are owned by ARGONAUT SYSTEMS LTD or its licensors. No rights are granted except the right to use the application as authorised.
Liability
The application is provided for operational use under the applicable agreement with ARGONAUT SYSTEMS LTD. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, incorrect data entry, misuse, third-party systems or events outside our reasonable control.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. The current version is effective from 8 July 2026.
